Response of Kenneth J. Bojarski to State of New Hampshire Banking Commissioner Hildreth, et al. v. Colin P. Lindsey, et al. and the Noble Trust Company
There have been several inquiries into the civil suit that Ken is involved in with the state of New Hampshire, and the Noble Trust Company of Manchester, NH. Ken served on the board of the trust company from October of 2003, until June of 2005 when other commitments and obligations that he had on both a personal and business level caused him to resign. The state banking commission does not list any responses from individuals, and in order to present a fair representation of this case, we have listed Ken's responses here. The state of New Hampshire has stayed this case indefinitely due to a lack of financial resources in the state budget. Once the state legislature decides to fund the court, we expect to pursue our legal options to the fullest.
